The K9 Activity Tracking System is always being enhanced and improved with additional features and reports added on a regular basis. The reports available in KATS are reports that are designed to assist in developing training, monitoring deployment statistics and most important of all, protect the officer as well as his/her administrators and agency from civil liability.

KATS has the ability to export reports in multiple formats. The following formats are available in any standard version of KATS:

KATS has many reports that can be manipulated in various formats to glean multiple types of information. Following are PDF samples of just a few of the many reports available to you in the standard version of KATS. Adobe Acrobat is required to view these files. If your system does not automatically open these files, click on the Adobe button to obtain a copy of the Adobe plug-in.
The reports that can be generated from the K9 Activity Tracking System is where the true power of the software exhibits itself. We have taken the most frequently used reports from KATS and further developed them, improving on the appearance of the standard reports and even customizing some of them for agency specific report styles. We have further enhanced some of the reports to make them easier to read and replaced some of the codes with plain text which makes the information much easier to understand. The graphs and pie charts have been separated and improved upon to provide more accurate detail of the information you need.
Deploying these reports is as simple as downloading the Report Pak you prefer and copying the file folder with the contained reports directly into the Reports folder in your KATS directory. It’s that simple. You will still have access to all your original reports, and the new report file folders will show up as added tabs in the reporting system on KATS. The Report Paks are continually updated and enhanced with new reports being added to the collection regularly, offering continued improvements and enhancements to your reporting system.
When you purchase access to the Custom Report Paks, you may download as many versions and copies of the Report Pak software for a period of one year after the date of purchase. Any new reports, or report styles will be available and will be added to the download site as they become available. Report Paks are $45.00 per single user for the year. If you are licensing for a multi-user agency you must register using your Level 3 validation codes. Report Pak access is $145.00 annually for the agency, for any number of users.
Once you have purchased an annual Report Pak service, we will set up your KATS Special Services Account for one year. You will have full access to all downloads during the course of your annual registration.
